We’re Here!  We’re Here!
(Power Outage and Email Hiccups)

Almost always our clients reach us quickly and we respond promptly.  From March 10 to 15, 2016, due to circumstances beyond our control, that was not possible.  First, a wind storm caused a power outage on Thursday, March 10, and we closed our office for the day.  Then, our email service provider experienced some obscure hardware failures and we were unable to receive some email.  We’re happy to report that our firewalls and backup system kept our data secure and our email is now working.  If during that time you sent us an email and we did not respond, please contact us.  Thank you for your patience.
