Since 2002, Glen has arranged hundreds of millions of dollars in mortgage financing for clients. Licensed in both BC and Alberta, he is known for offering clients in-depth analysis and knowledgeable advice so they can make mortgage decisions with confidence – in their best interests. In addition to main-stream mortgage financing, he is experienced in originating construction mortgages, purchase+improvement mortgages, private lending and reverse mortgages. For several of our clients, he has arranged financing over multiple properties and balanced their entire real estate portfolios. Also, he can explain and implement how to make the mortgage interest of a principal residence - in Canada - tax deductible!

Prior to the mortgage industry, Glen worked in the information technology, construction, and resource industries. He holds a BSc from Simon Fraser University (SFU) and has completed the University of British Columbia (UBC) Real Estate Salesperson's and Mortgage Broker's licensing requirements. For Alberta, he completed the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) Associate Mortgage Broker licensing requirements. Glen is also a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia (MBABC) and an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) under the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP).
